Life OS / Hermes

Life OS / Hermes is a private, single-user personal assistant integration. Its purpose is to help its operator organize information and carry out explicitly approved everyday productivity tasks using Google Workspace.

What the integration is for

The planned connection covers Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. It supports finding and summarizing information, planning events, and preparing messages and documents. Sending, editing, sharing, deleting, and other account changes require the operator's explicit approval.

How information is handled

The integration runs on an operator-managed server. Relevant Google data may be stored in private conversation history or working files and sent to the configured third-party AI provider for a requested assistant task. AI processing is not entirely local.

This public site explains the integration; it does not provide a sign-in form, collect Google account credentials, or publish private account content. The Google Workspace connection is being configured and has not yet been authorized through this integration.
